Alisha started managing artist relations for Broadway Media’s festival concerts in 2012, including X96’s Big Ass Show, U92’s Summer Jam, 2018 Salt Lake City Twilight Concert Series, and Salt City Sounds Concert Series. In 2017, she joined Live Nite Events as the artist relations manager for Reggae Riseup Utah and Bonanza Campout. In 2021, with the return of festivals, Alisha managed artist relations for Hive Fest with Post Malone and Park City Song Summit.

She prides herself on her extreme attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure every artist and crew member receives the highest level of service possible, including finding the most elusive hospitality rider item requests and even sourcing items from out-of-state to make sure every artist receives exactly what they need. She is very skilled at transportation management, communicating unique needs with caterers, and making every green room and backstage experience as comfortable as possible. Alisha has also developed relationships with local vendors to provide high-quality hotel accommodations, catering services, transportation services, and green room accommodations.

Services include:

  • Ensuring all artists and touring crew receive high-level service and accommodations.

  • Advancing and coordinating large-scale (20+ artists) hospitality and transportation needs with artist and tour management and venue production manager.

  • Budget planning, management, and reconciliation.

  • Hospitality and transportation-related contract negotiations.

  • Execution of all contractually obligated artist relations including:

    • Hospitality rider fulfillment.

    • Transportation coordination and scheduling.

    • Hotel accommodation booking.

    • Catering requirements.

    • Green room requirements.

    • Credentialing and guest list requests.

    • BOH security coordination.

    • Accommodation of any additional day of show needs

  • Coordinating any day of show VIP experiences, including meet and greets, signings, etc… with artist/tour management and venue production manager.

  • Coordinating the hiring, training, and scheduling of all freelance staff for artist hospitality and transportation (hospitality assistants, runners).

  • Pre-shopping hospitality riders and stocking green rooms.

  • Assisting venue production crew with any additional hospitality or transportation requests throughout event.
